THE BREAKDOWN

Challenge

Bear KompleX wanted to foster customer education surrounding their top selling product: hand grips. With multiple materials and cuts, they wanted to create a place where customers could learn about the pros and cons of each to help them make a more informed purchase decision. Additionally, they wanted to improve prospecting & site experience for new customers while increasing purchase intent and confidence throughout the entire funnel. To judge the success of this goal, they decided that they needed to accurately report on revenue earned from the specific landing page.

Solution

Our team interviewed their product team and dug into the exact qualities that differentiated each grip material from the others. We developed a new product landing page that was more user-friendly and intuitively designed. The page helped inform customers by comparing similar products and clarifying the differentiators between them. By driving traffic organically through a dedicated site header & organic social posts plus sending paid ad traffic to the page, we were able to create trackable purchase funnels to measure the impact the page had on purchase behavior.
