THE BREAKDOWN
Challenge
When Direct Hemp approached us to help them create their new website, they had already begun building a staging site on Magento. Unfortunately, they quickly found that Magento lacked the flexibility and capabilities needed to design their dream site. Knowing that we’re a certified Shopify Partner, the Direct Hemp team came to us looking for help to transfer the entire project over to Shopify.
Solution
Initially, we converted their Magento staging website into an identical custom Shopify theme. From there, we transferred all site content over to editable, extendable, and manageable Shopify sections, all of which were completely customizable within the Shopify theme customizer. In the end we were able to create a beautiful, user-friendly and easy-to-navigate website that the brand was excited to launch.
FURTHER OPTIMIZATIONS
Once the initial website was launched, we continued working with the client on additional Shopify integrations and UX/UI ideas for the backend of their customer platform. Given our vast expertise and experience within the Shopify platform, we facilitated the research for Direct Hemp’s email, customer service, affiliate, and rewards integrations.
